From the verses of Scripture presented, we learn from the Word, that He is the Vine planted by The Father, WHO is The HUSBANDMAN. He is planted as The Incorruptible Seed in the hearts of His branches, which we are if we have received Him. He is the spiritual Tree of Life that abided in the newly planted branches in this world. As the Word of Wisdom said, His delights were with the sons of men, the habitable part of His earth, which is the highest part of the dust of the world.
It was He, Who revealed to man the will of God, when the Father revealed through Him and said, "Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, [and] the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed [is] in itself, upon the earth: and it was so. And the earth brought forth grass, [and] herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed [was] in itself, after his kind: and God saw that [it was] good" (Genesis 1:11,12). Through the natural symbols of creation, God has revealed the spiritual things to man by HIS Word. From the dust of the earth, God has formed man, as the grass of the field to bring forth HIS Fruit by yielding themselves to HIM WHO'S Seed is HIS Word, that men through receiving HIS Seed might bear fruit after His nature. |
